Samples, a.k.a. Ben Samples for specification (try to search just “Samples” on Google, looking for him specifically), is a producer/DJ out of Denver, Colorado, with international show dates under his belt and a rapidly growing following. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: his music a hipster bass-music lover’s dream come true. He has performed on the larger stages at festivals Burning Man, Sonic Bloom, Shambhala, Glade Festival (in the United Kingdom), and last year he played the NYE Snow Globe 3-day festival alongside headliners Bassnectar, The Glitch Mob, Thievery Corporation, and Pretty Lights.
He has remixed everything from Imogen Heap‘s Hide and Seek to Three Six Mafia’s Dope Boy Fresh, an entire 9-track rock-hop album entitled Sex, Drugs & Bass where he creates his own tasty renditions of songs like Bon Jovi’s You Give Love a Bad Name, Survivor’s Eye of the Tiger, Nine Inch Nails’ The Perfect Drug, and more.
