Genre-blending electronic music producer John McCarten, better known as Manic Focus, debuts his new heavy-hitting track “All This Is.” This composition marks the second single released off the follow-up album to his full-length Minds Rising in 2017. Titled Lost in a Digital World, the full album is slated for a drop in September of 2019.
In describing the release, McCarten had the following to say:
“This was my first attempt at making a house track, but as it evolved it kind of became its own bassy thing. I was going for something hard, dancy, almost industrial; and ‘All This Is’ has quickly become one of my favorite songs to play live because that’s exactly what it became.”
“All This Is” comes on the heels of his most recent release “Never Grew Up“, the first single off Lost in a Digital World. Festival season is in full swing for Manic Focus, having just appeared at Summer Camp Music Festival in May, and with upcoming appearances at High Sierra Music Festival, Camp Bisco, Summer Meltdown, and his debut performance at Lollapalooza in August, to name a few. McCarten just wrapped his Star Sweeper Tour, which made 30+ stops across the US everywhere from Los Angeles to Detroit to Ft. Lauderdale.
