Rising dubstep produce Minnesota just hit 20,000 followers on Soundcloud and asked his facebook fans if they wanted a new mix of “Hold Up VIP” or “Starry Eyed VIP”. The verdict is in with the new release of “Hold Up” which is essentially just a mash-up of the original and Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg’s “Next Episode”.
