Summer Meltdown Festival is proud to welcome a diverse lineup in their 19 th year in Washington State! Fans will be thrilled to Melt as electronic underground hero Tipper finally takes the stage and Umphrey’s McGee runs the gamut from progrock to dance with their signature light show. Gramatik makes a triumphant return to keep Melters grooving late into the night, and event favorite Nahko and Medicine for the People will sing to the mountain once again! August 1-4, the Meltdown Family travels into the mountains for four days and nights of music, forest or mountain-view camping, pop-up river parties, and unfiltered silliness. Tickets are on sale now at SummerMeltdownFest.com with VIP, Group Camping, and Payment Plan options available. Prices rise as ticket tiers sell out, and with fewer festivals happening in the Northwest, Meltdown may be more popular this year.
Other acts include The Polish Ambassador, whose happy electronic vibes pair perfectly with the Meltdown mindset; CloZee, a French music producer who is taking the world by storm; G
Jones; Brother Ali; Pigeons Playing Ping Pong; Spafford; Minnesota; Dirtwire; and many more from Pacific Northwest favorites to national up-and-comers. The Mesa Deluxe Add-On offers a premium camping experience for two in the festival’s former artist camp, with expedited entry, reserved tent sites, daily happy hours, and more. Group Camping allows large groups to guarantee they can camp next to each other, whenever they arrive. RV Options include placement near the Main Stage or in the quieter Rodeo Grounds. Sites with full hookups have already sold out.
Those who haven’t been before should plan for an eclectic mix of excellent music, swimming holes, forested camping, and breathtaking views of Whitehorse Mountain. This special festival
is also a child-friendly event, featuring a crafty Kids Village and discounted event passes for the youngest among us. Children eight years and under attend free.
Every Meltdown Pass includes complimentary on site camping under shady pines or in mountain-view meadows, as well as unlimited access to all performances. VIP Upgrades, Group Camping, RV Options, Car Camping, and General Parking are also available. Everything about Meltdown can be found at SummerMeltdownFest.com. Based in Conway, WA, producer Josh Clauson has carried the Meltdown torch since 2000, when the event was a backyard party that came with a keg cup. Many hands help bring Meltdown to life each year, including Genevieve Clauson, Josh’s business partner and wife. Located only 90 minutes from Seattle and Bellingham, Summer Meltdown Festival is an annual tradition for thousands of music lovers and adventure seekers. With a vendor village for food and crafts, expansive shaded campgrounds, a river for swimming and sun basking, a yoga tent to warm up your dancing muscles, a beer garden, kids’ village, workshops, regional art, and one heck of a great community, Meltdown invites all to join us where the music meets the mountain!
