Our mysterious homie(s)?? known as only as The Mavrik had one of their many off the chain bangers featured on the latest Episode #74 of The Hot Shit Sirius XM Radio Show, hosted by none other than Derek Vincent Smith, otherwise known as Pretty Lights.
Droppin’ It Phat was released through artist Candyland‘s Sweet Shop Records label earlier this year, January 2013 on a 2-track EP, titled Supersonic. That EP release actually hit #2 of All Time over on the charts at Glitchhop.net at one time, and they still hold that record with another track of theirs (a Glitchhop.net exlusive release) titled Ya Blew It. The Mavrik has also received a TON of critical praise across the board, and grown a rather impressive fanbase quite quickly.
If you weren’t aware, The Hot Shit is Pretty Lights’ weekly radio show… where he apparently debuts what he considers “hot shit.” We here at Daily Steeze happen to be huge PL fans, as well as huge fans of the enigmatic artist known as The Mavrik.
